POINT 01

POINT 02
Improves aesthetics and function at once
It improves both the functional side and the aesthetic beauty of the nipple and areola.

POINT 03
Minimized sensation loss and duct damage
With minimal incisions and delicate surgery, we work to reduce sensation loss and duct damage.

Ideal nipple and areola size and proportions
The average areola size is 3.5-4.5 cm. The nipple inside it ideally protrudes, with an average diameter of 1 cm or less and a height of about 7-10 mm.

Nipple and areola reduction methods
The key is precise, delicate surgery that creates a nipple and areola in harmony with the whole breast. Nipple reduction is divided into duct-preserving and non-duct-preserving methods depending on breastfeeding, and areola reduction into the inner incision and outer incision methods.
Nipple reduction, duct-preserving (breastfeeding possible)
If the nipple is wide, part of it is incised and sutured. If it is long, the nipple is divided into three parts, and the middle is incised and then sutured.

Nipple reduction, non-duct-preserving (breastfeeding not possible)
When breastfeeding is no longer needed, the duct tissue and nipple are trimmed to the desired size and sutured.

Before surgery

Incision

Suture
Areola reduction, inner incision
When the areola is not very wide but the color difference is large, the inner areola near the nipple is incised, reduced and sutured.

Before surgery

The areola to be removed is marked and the inner part near the nipple is excised

The surrounding skin is sutured toward the nipple

After surgery
Areola reduction, outer incision
When the areola border is faint or the areola is very wide, the outer edge is incised, reduced and sutured.

Before surgery

The areola to be removed is marked and the outer part is excised

The surrounding skin is sutured toward the nipple
